John Hegarty is the founding partner and Worldwide Creative Director of Bartle Bogle Hegarty, with offices in London, New York, Singapore, Shanghai, Mumbai, and Sao Paulo. The company was responsible for commercials such as Levi's 'Creek', 'Flatbeat', and Freedom to Move. The 'Lynx Effect', 'Lynx Excite' and 'Keep Walking' for Johnnie Walker. In 2007, John was knighted for services to advertising. He has received, among other awards, the D&AD President’s Award for outstanding achievement. He has recently published a book, Hegarty on Advertising. He also owns the wine brand Hegarty Chamans.
