Advice
Keep your head down and work hard. Do as much as you can. Be as good as possible. But most importantly, be humble about it.
Bavarian-born Flo studied graphic design in Germany, Italy and at the Royal College of Art in London. He joined Dare in 2000 and became Creative Director in 2003. Under his creative leadership Dare has picked up numerous awards including Campaign's Digital Agency of the Decade, 2010. As one of the industry's most experienced digital creatives, Flo's chaired and sat on numerous international juries including D&AD and The One Show. Flo is President of the Animated Gif Appreciation Society.
