Mastering the Web User Experience

Advice

If you’re a designer or developer, cultivate a broad set of skills propped up by a couple of specialisms. So pick one or two things you enjoy and become as good at them as possible. Know your limitations and surround yourself with experts in other fields who compliment your abilities and you can learn from.

If you’re an entrepreneur, hire people smarter and more talented than yourself. Give them time, trust their judgement and get them to help you make smart decisions. Good things take time and come from deep collaboration.
